My first trip to US was in summer of 2005 with a group exhibition "Out Of Context" - Curated by Beth Gate and Darlene De Angelo.
This exhibition was showing artworks by Vietnamese Artists from Vietnam and Vietnamese Artists in USA.
'The curatorial idea of this exhibition was to "burst open the stereotypes" and to introduce works that don't forge a national identity, but instead highlight the individual creativity of contemporary artists and advocate for a more equal place for their art within international art practice...
